GSDESK
GSDESK offers to organizations the following services billed as a one-time fee.
- Start-up – service includes initial system configuration, 1 day of training and first data import – when you purchase GSDESK, this service is mandatory.
- 1x Login User login who will be accessing the GSDESK system; it is necessary to purchase the number of logins based on the number of people who will be accessing the system.
- Supplier login - active Valid for GSDESK Standard and Enterprise, it is an access of a supplier who will be entering the system and who will obtain an authorization to solve tickets on the supplier's side.
- Supplier login - passive Valid for GSDESK Lite; it is an access of a supplier who will be entering the system and who will obtain an authorization to preview tickets on the supplier's side.
- Description of processes and optimization This service offers description and proposal of process optimization within the organization and also proposal of certain procedures and methods allowing the organization to be managed more efficiently.
- Training User system training.
- Configuration Configuration and preparation of data based on essential information provided by the customer.
- Data import Import of data into the system.
- Preparation for ISO 20000 Preparation for ISO 20000 certification including consultations.
- Increase by 500 records Increase of GSDESK capacity by 500 records per month.
- Unlimited record increase Increase of capacity to unlimited number of records per month.
- Support (Consultation)Consulation and support for system administration, troubleshooting, VIP classification
- Custom / DevelopmentService used for modification and development of customer requirements in GSDESK.
